Training Terms and Conditions

Shaded Solutions Technology (SST) as part of The Epic Team Pty Ltd (ACN 087 048 664) is the owner of the a range of software products including Indio Jade and Ruby.

SST provides training in its software products according to the following Terms and Conditions:

General Conditions, Jurisdiction and Changes to the Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
  2. SST may change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions for the Booking of Training

Booking for Training

  1. Bookings must be purchased online at indigotraining.shadedsolutions.com.au. All fees and charges are displayed at the time of booking.
  2. To be eligible for any prepayment discount, Bookings must be paid for in full on or before the day of training. Bookings that are not paid in full by this date will be converted to the standard rate and the standard rate shown on the invoice will be owing.
  3. All payments should be made to ‘The Epic Team Pty Limited’. For payments made by credit card, ‘The Epic Team Pty Limited’ will appear on the credit card statement.
  4. Bookings do not include insurance of any kind.

Change or Cancellation by Shaded Solutions

  1. SST reserves the right to cancel a Booking and/or Training Session without giving reasons at any time by refunding the full amount paid.
  2. In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement of training due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of SST including but not limited to, acts of terrorism, war, acts of God and natural disaster, SST cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage or expense which may be incurred as a consequence of the training postponed or cancelled.

Attendance at Training

  1. The Purchaser may attend training themselves or may transfer the booking to other people who will attend the Training (“Attendees”). The email address of the Attendee(s) muct be provided to SST prior to training via the booking system.
  2. The Purchaser agrees to be aware of and to make all Attendees aware of the following terms and conditions that relate to attendance at the Training:
    1. Training may be delivered in person or online the method of delivery will be clear at the point of booking.
    2. The right of admission is reserved. Only booked Attendees will be permitted to attend. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way.
    3. Cameras, audio and video recorders (including on-line session recorders) are not permitted to be used.
    4. Persons attend training at their own risk. Attendees agree not to hold SST liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs, claims or liabilities suffered or incurred by purchasers or Attendees including consequential or indirect losses or loss of profit through booking for training, attending training, cancellation of training, failure of training to achieve expectations, or for any error or omission by SST. Attendees agree not to hold SST liable or responsible for any personal injury (i.e. physical, psychological or emotional stress) or any loss or damage to personal property.

Refund Policy

  1. Once paid, bookings are not refundable however bookings may be transferred to other persons at any time.
  2. SST reserves the right to cancel any booking by refunding fees paid in respect of the cancelled booking in full. In the instance of any such cancellation, the liability of SST in respect to the cancellation will be limited to the value of the cancelled booking.
